"Paderaue" restaurant

The restaurant has huge windows enabling guests to enjoy wonderful views of the river Pader and lush green countryside beyond. The interior design reflecting the contemporary character of the hotel building itself is underscored by the minimalistic use of contemporary furnishings and warm colours to enhance the light and airy nature of the room.

The restaurant has a large buffet area and is equally suited to large numbers of conference guests as well as to individual hotel guests and day visitors. At lunchtime guests can either choose from the delicacies comprising the lunch buffet or select a light snack from the lunch menu. In the evenings the restaurant offers a relatively limited menu of select dishes and wines.
